Re-opening Self-Excluded/Time Out Accounts

We cannot under any circumstances restore access to a Self-Excluded account or an account with an active Time Out before the date has passed. (This applies to Self-Exclusions set directly with us and any Self-Exclusions set with Gamstop)

In the case of a Time Out, the account will automatically open once the time has passed.

In the case of a self-exclusion, you can request reopening of the account once the date has passed.

This can be done by contacting our Customer Service Team via phone and they will guide you through the necessary process.”
