This could be for a number of reasons. The most common causes for this are:
- You’ve reached your deposit or other account limit
- You need to provide your ID and Proof of Address
- You’ve locked your account by entering the wrong login details too many times.
- We need to speak to you about your account and haven’t reached you yet.
